Languages and intercultural skills in the
workplace
CILT can help businesses improve their
language capabilities to compete in a global economy by offering
information and advice for workforce development. As the Sector
Skills Body for languages and intercultural skills, we work in
partnership with other organisations to provide a range of support
- from careers advice to fit-for-purpose vocational qualifications.
Our employer engagement work aims to make language skills relevant
for all, from 11 year olds through to adults in employment.
